1. The ZH-Y type waste liquid incinerator is designed based on the 3T1E principle (temperature, time, turbulence, excess oxygen), ensuring that the waste liquid is fully oxidized, pyrolyzed, and burned in the furnace combustion chamber, achieving an organic destruction and removal efficiency of over 99.99%.
2. This equipment uses a dual-fluid internal mixing atomizer, which features fine atomized particle size, uniform atomization, high combustion speed and efficiency. Combined with a designed excess air coefficient, it saves fuel. The large nozzle aperture has low requirements for fluid viscosity and impurity content, making it less prone to clogging. It uses low-pressure atomization, resulting in low wear, fewer failures, and simple maintenance. The atomization medium can be steam or compressed air.
3. High safety: pre-purge before ignition to prevent gas explosions; equipped with flame detection—if flameout or ignition failure occurs in the furnace, the fuel supply and wastewater supply are automatically cut off immediately. The alarm system is comprehensive, safe, and reliable.
4. Depending on the composition and characteristics of the waste liquid, different furnace types are designed, appropriate furnace lining refractory materials are selected, and corresponding construction processes are matched. Dust and gases generated during the incineration process are treated in a reasonable manner to fully ensure that no secondary pollution is formed after wastewater incineration treatment.
